When YOU Do What You Love...

When you do what you love, it's not a job. It's also not profitable, at first. We've all heard the not-so-subtle rejection, don't quit your day job. Most people take it as a jab, but ACU'ers know better (you should, I'm not doing this for fun, lol).
If you turn tail & run every time rejection, (snide) remarks, or ridicule meets your ears and eyes maybe entrepreneurship might not be for you, YET.
Don't beat yourself up. BUILD YOURSELF UP.
Remember these three things the next time you sidetrack your way out of a phenomenal destiny.:
Put In the Work. What's that saying an overnight success took how many years in making? Work isn't a dirty word. It simply takes a different meaning when it's birthing your dreams into reality.
You Don't Need to Be Right. Some of the greatest successes come from the most fantastic failures. Successful people may never tell you this, but sometimes that unexpected combination (makes absolutely no sense), collaboration, or challenge forces you to open that narrow mind of yours, away from wanting to be right to surrendering to the natural flow of your creativity. Your dreams and ideas desire the same as you, LIFE.
You're Not a Cookie. Leave the flattery of others to your acceptance speech not replicating yourself in someone else's image. True, looking to others as a source of inspiration can spark your determination, but mimicking someone else only nets minimal progress. Be authentic in everything. Most people don't like a maverick. It's too hard for the masses to accept originality until you show them it's okay to. It doesn't matter if no one believes in you, calls you crazy, or even supports you (7 streams of income). Don't get too caught up in concerning yourself with the opinions of others. FOCUS. Your passion and persistence to never give up on yourself changes your world.
The world is waiting for YOU.
