Beginning in 2019 as an independent research resource for hire 20/20, highlighted an urgent need to address disconnections between employers and employees in all industries. Never one to overlook a challenge dressed in opportunity, I decided to focus more than 20 years of combined federal and private work experience, tricks, tools, radical methodology, education, and resources answering the (SOS) call.
